SMaRT has served as an integral component in the IT operations of City of Chicago and Chicago Public Schools, along with private corporations and entities such a major medical institutions, universities, hotel chains, and commercial clubs/restaurants.

SMaRT is headquartered in Downtown Chicago’s West Loop. SMaRT’s facility houses a technical service center, a 50-seat help desk, and in-house training and warehousing facilities. The technical team is comprised of more than 35 highly trained desktop support and network engineers with industry standard certifications such as A+, Network+, Apple, MCDST, MCSE, and Cisco certifications CNE, CCNA, CCDA, CCNP. SMaRT’s Help/Service Desk Analysts are highly trained, possessing certifications such as Help Desk Institute’s Customer Support Representative, Service Center Team Lead, and Knowledge Centered Support; Apple’s Support Essentials, Microsoft Certified Application Specialist and CompTIA’s A+ Remote Support Technician certification.

SMaRT is a private corporation holding certifications as a Minority Business Enterprise/Disadvantaged Business Enterprise with City of Chicago, Cook County, State of Illinois and CMBDC.
