SMaRT houses the Client Communications Center (CCC) in an expandable space that can hold more than 50 technical agents that offer:

It is also conducive for hosting technology improvements and new initiatives, such as temporary Help Desk support for special projects (e.g. employee e-mail rollout or agent training). SMaRT’s 30+ HDI certified (Help Desk Institute) agents are trained to perform with solid client knowledge, technical expertise and unbeatable customer service. Agents are also Microsoft Office Specialists with Outlook certifications. We also have agents who are certified Apple Remote Desktop Support specialists.
When equipment needs repair, SMaRT offers Onsite and Offsite Deskside Support Service conducted with personalized assistance by our certified hardware and software engineers.
Hardware Repairs (Warranty & Non-Warranty)
SMaRT’s Break/Fix Service utilizes our certified engineers to inspect, diagnose and repair warranty (IBM, Apple, Dell, Lexmark, Lenovo) and non-warranty hardware. We also handle the ordering of replacement parts, the shipping of equipment and other tasks that may involve the manufacturer.
