We also sell most over-the-counter software products, operating systems and office productivity programs. Of course, we offer installation services to ensure your purchased devices and/or software are configured and working properly.
Can you repair my computer equipment if it is still under warranty?
Absolutely! SMaRT is an Authorized Service Provider for warranty repairs on Apple, IBM, Lenovo and Konica-Minolta equipment. Our highly trained and certified technicians provide reliable and convenient IT repair services at affordable prices. Also we provide non-warranty repairs for most all major brands of computers and printers. Additionally, we can help you find repair parts – even if they are obsolete.
Can I bring my computer equipment in for repair?
Absolutely! We gladly accept walk-in customers for computer equipment repair. We are conveniently located in the West Loop area of downtown Chicago. If you are bringing in a notebook, laptop, or tablet, please remember to bring your A/C adapter to complete repairs. If your problem or request involves an external piece of equipment, such as an external hard drive, please also bring the data and power cables for those devices.
