Computer Systems Engineers (CSE) are responsible for providing onsite support for our clients' technical issues. Responsibilities including but not limited to break-fix, troubleshooting, maintenance, installations and deployments.
Network Systems Engineers (NSE) are responsible for developing and executing our solutions to system administration issues or network concerns, and performing systems management and integration functions. Tasks may include analyzing, testing, troubleshooting, and evaluating existing network systems, such as local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system, and performing network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption.
Service Desk Analysts provide level one technical assistance to users over the phone or electronically including issue identification, information gathering, resolution of routine issues, routing calls and monitoring tickets.
